Pumpkin Day!

Oh hi, everyone! Look at what I just found! A pumpkin! If you remember from last year, I really like pumpkins. They are round, for one thing, which means they can roll. Here's one now:

And you know what else? They have the most delicious insides!!!

I have to lick my lips in anticipation!

Bet you're jealous! Pumpkin guts are soooo good!
Happy Halloween everyone!

Halloween is Coming!

This is Dixie and Dottie (Below). They already picked out their Halloween costumes. They sent over their photo for inspiration because I am not sure what I am going to dress up as yet. But I had to share their picture because they look about as happy as I do when I'm forced to wear clothes...

Be Kind To The Earth

We use canvas bags in our house when we go grocery shopping. When the groceries are brought in, the empty bags are then placed on the stairs to be put back in the car on the next trip down.

Since I have some time on my paws, I thought I'd see what else these bags could carry. Turns out a 13 lb terrier fits in it just fine:

And when all else fails, it's nice to crawl into one and take a nap:
Remember your canvas bags next time you go shopping! And be sure to check what's in them first. You never know where I'll pop up next...

Sun Queen

Nothing like a nap in a little spot in the sun while the summer days pass into autumn. Except for when you're rudely woken up by a camera in your face. And please don't stare at my tummy rolls, that's just rude.

Snoring

Ripley was over today. We played a LOT and got tired. So he hopped onto my fuzzy black bed and went to sleep. I thought it sounded like a good idea so I hopped up with him. The picture was taken by a camera phone so it's not the best, but it caught us in the act of snuggling for an hour...

He's Like A New Man

Ripley got a haircut! Not just a haircut, but he got his fur "stripped" which to me means it's a lot shorter and softer and he is SO HANDSOME:
When I saw him the first time after it got done I almost didn't recognize him. But then we sniffed butts and I knew it was him after all. Now I feel like I need to be my prettiest all the time when he's around, but he loves me just for who I am. Even if now he can be mistaken for a model.

New Friend RINGO!

Not only do I have a new friend who comes to help out mom on Mondays (mom calls her an intern but I think she comes just to see me), she brought her family dog, Ringo, along with her this week! Ringo is a champion Cocker Spaniel, and is a very handsome boy. But you know me, I have to still try and be the top dog so I gave him a rough time at first.

But before I knew it I decided he was a really cool guy and we even hung out together on the floor. I hope he comes back to visit soon!
