Well, he's still here. And he's only 4 1/2 lbs, but he's still kinda fun to snuggle up to. And he likes to follow me around. And he sleeps in his crate at night without a peep (which puts me to shame because I was awful when I first joined the family). And he bites my legs and ears. And he was staying outside in a cold concrete floored cage before now. And... he's pretty darned adorable. Don't tell anyone but I am warming up to the idea. Shhh.
They told me this is my brother. We met at the Pasadena Humane Society yesterday. I first tried to sit on him to make him go away but he's still here. Actually he's pretty cute and I like him more than I thought I would. More soon...
Just wanted to wish everyone a great 2011! I'm starting off with lots of love for all my friends, including Izzy, who has to share my carseat with me whenever we go pick her up for a playday. I've had a great holiday, I got to see Henry a lot, and Ripley and Baby Cleo too! What more can a girl ask for!?
Lots of Christmas boxes are showing up at the door. I like to wait until the UPS or Fed Ex truck pulls up and give them a piece of my mind. Today I decided to get a better view...
...a small terrier on a Christmas stocking... This is my new favorite place to sit. I drag it with me around the house to cushion my behind. It's better than sitting on the bare floor, don't you think?
Ripley and Baby Cleo came for a visit yesterday. As usual we had about 20 minutes of spazzing out before we crashed for a nap. You know how much I love to snuggle with my pals, and Baby Cleo was my nap buddy this time. She's gotten so big but we still call her the baby. Actually since she's on the small side for a Border Terrier, we also call her "Midge," which has morphed into "Midgetopolis," "Smidge," and "Smidgey." She'll always be my Baby Cleo though!
I'm baaaaack! Between a little bit of travel and a downed hard drive, there's been a hiatus with my postings. But I'm happy to be back with lots of new stories and things going on. After all, it's getting cooler here which means I'm ready to CUDDLE!
